Help persecuted Christians!
How your gifts can help
Persecuted Christians Care Fund is a non-profit California corporation entirely supported by concerned individuals or organizations. The generous contributions of individual people make this vital ministry of encouragement and support possible.
Your financial donations help us provide the following:
- Support of Christian workers in restricted countries who provide encouragement and practical help to believers suffering for their faith
- Food, clothing, and financial help for their daily needs for Christians who are persecuted and destitute
- Bibles and study materials for Christians in nations where such materials are not readily accessible.
- Legal advice and assistance to emigrate from countries where believers are severely persecuted.
- Publicizing the plight of persecuted Christians through the press, radio, and TV.
- Rallying public support and organizing protest campaigns against offending governments to free religious prisoners and ensure religious freedom for their citizens.
Your gifts are tax-deductible
Persecuted Christians Care Fund is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability. We fully support ECFA’s purposes and prominently display its seal to indicate our compliance with its high standards. Your gifts are tax-deductible. An audited financial statement, including description of support services, is available upon request.

Gifts of stock
Giving a gift of appreciated securities (stock) is a great way to support Persecuted Christians Care Fund. There are two significant benefits to you, the donor, in making this kind of gift.
1. In most instances, you are entitled to deduct the full market value of the stock from your taxes.
2. You can avoid paying capital gains taxes on the appreciated securities.
How do I make a gift of stock to Persecuted Christians Care Fund?
1. Either you or your broker contact PCCF to inform us of your intention of making a gift of stocks. We will ask you to provide the following information:
- Your name, address and telephone number
- The name(s) of the stock that you are donating
- The number of shares being donated
2. The simplest way to give a gift of stock to PCCF is through your broker. Most brokers can transfer the stock directly to Persecuted Christians Care Fund. We will provide your broker with the needed information to make the transfer.
3. If you prefer to send the actual stock certificate, please contact Persecuted Christians Care Fund as well as your broker before sending the certificates since donation of stock certificates requires a special form to ensure that the transfer is accomplished correctly.
If you have stock that has gone down in value, you can still support Persecuted Christians Care Fund. To maximize your benefit, sell the stock and contribute the proceeds to PCCF. In most cases, you can then receive a tax deduction AND a capital loss deduction. To ensure that you qualify for this program, please consult your financial advisor on all tax-related matters.
Planned giving
Over the years Persecuted Christians Care Fund has benefited from those who have made special provisions in their estate plans to support PCCF. Most planned gifts come from individuals who have made a provision in their will or other estate plans that designate either a fixed amount or a percentage of their estate. However, there are numerous planned gift options that can have profound tax implications benefitting both your estate and Persecuted Christians Care Fund. We strongly encourage anyone interested in supporting PCCF through a planned gift to consult with their financial advisor and/or tax attorney.
